  • 1.3 With the other companies I never get an answer when I send an email or they take a long time to reply. What about Hipersemillas.com?

    We reply to EVERY email - and Fast, normally within 24 hours. But we do need to have a free weekend sometimes. If you send us an email at the weekend, please have a little patience.

• 2. Payment

  • 2.1 How do I pay for my order?

    You must always make the payment first. Your seeds will be sent the day we receive the money. You can pay by bank transfer to our account, you can send cash or with different Crypto Coins.

  • 2.2 What is important when I want to pay by credit card?

    Payment with credit/debit card is currently processed through a third party gateway Fibonatix. Please make sure that your card is complaint with the new 3DS/SAC anti-fraud system, if not your payment will be declined.

  • 2.3 Why can´t I pay COD? I always have a bad feeling when I have to pay in advance.

    We do NOT send COD. Because of the clearly visible declared value, CODs are more likely to be inspected by customs authorities.

• 3. Shipping

  • 3.1 How are the seeds shipped to me?

    All orders will be delivered well padded in an absolutely normal and neutral envelope (The type that you can buy in any stationery shop). Details of sender are neutral and do not give any information about the content. All you see on the envelope is the address, a neutral sender and stamps, nothing else. No pictures, no hemp leafs, no advertising!

  • 3.2 How does Hipersemillas.com actually send the seeds?

    All orders will be sent by regular mail because this is the most inconspicuous way. If requested we will ship, by registered mail at no extra cost. If you wish to receive your seeds through a private courrier service (e.g. UPS, DHL, Federal Express) please contact us by email at

  • 3.3 How long does it take until I receive my order?

    We ship your order the day that we receive payment. Within Europe a letter takes between 2 - 5 working days and outside Europe usually between 5 - 10 days. But this all depends on the postal service in your country. Once the letter is in the mail we have absolutely no influence.

  • 3.4 How will I know if my order has already been shipped?

    The day we send out your order you will receive confirmation by email.

  • 4.1 What kind of seeds will I get for my money?

    All seeds will be delivered in the seedbank´s original packaging - just as we get them from the seedbanks. We NEVER open or even change the packaging. We only sell genuine original seeds in their original packaging!

  • 4.2 How does Hipersemillas.com store the seeds?

    All seeds are kept in refrigerated stores. This keeps the seeds fresh for a very long time.

  • 4.3 What is the difference between regular and feminised cannabis seeds?

    If you plant regular cannabis seeds you will get male and female plants. According to breedes, feminised seeds have a 99% probability of producing female plants.

  • 4.4 What happens if my favourite variety is not available at the moment?

    Unfortunately, in exceptional circumstances, this might happen. As we are always honest with our customers, we will inform you before sending you the invoice and before you make a payment. You can then decide if you would rather wait a few days or choose an alternative. Unlike other companies we will never let you wait because some products may be sold out.

  • 4.5 Are cannabis seeds legal?

    Hipersemillas.com is a Spanish registered Company and as such Spanish Law applies. In Spain it is legal to sell and possess cannabis seeds. Although this means that the customer is not breaking any laws in Spain, there might be different laws in your country, state or region. It is the responsibility of every customer to inform himself or herself about the laws pertaining to their country, state or region to the possesion and use of cannabis seeds. Hippersemillas.com will not be held responsible for any consequence to the possesion or use of cannabis seeds bought from our company. If a customer irresponsibly purchases any of these products without knowing the laws on his/her country, state or region, Hipersemillas.com shall not be held liable for the possible legal problems derived from this purchase, and will not redeem, reimburse or refund any amount for goods being held or confiscated by customs.

    Hipersemillas.com NEVER gives data to others. Neither will your data be saved for advertising purposes. Your data will be treated with absolute confidentiality and we do NOT keep records. After delivering your order all records will be destroyed!
