We got a blue California Sour x OG Kush clone from a medical marijuana dispensary in California and were very impressed by the taste and smell but did not like the bud structure. Therefore we crossed it with our trusted Afghan to create Blue Medi Kush, a hybrid that retains the unique characteristics of the original clone with tighter and bigger buds.

She is a Sativa / Indica hybrid. Structure, length and flowering time show her Indica genes. Taste and high, however, are that of a classic Sativa.

Our Blue Medi Kush is a very fast flowering strain that will finish flowering in about 7 to 8 weeks. Height will be limited to around 0.40-0.70cm. She displayed three phenos of which the two purple phenos matured quickest. She has a reasonable to good yield and is an absolute treat to smoke.

The palate is delicious; a gorgeous fruity taste with hints of grapes (aged wine) and a minty aftertaste. When cured for a longer period she will have an intensely sweet citrus flavour. The high is long lasting, uplifting and euphoric. She is a great medicinal strain to combat depression, stress and anxiety.
